Majestic Barcelona voted Best Hotel in Barcelona at Beyond Luxury Awards

THE MAJESTIC BARCELONA VOTED BEST HOTEL IN BARCELONA 2024 AT THE BEYOND LUXURY AWARDS! The historic establishment is also named one of Spain’s ten Best Hotels.

The Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona was voted Best Hotel Barcelona 2024 (November 2024) at the fourth Beyond Luxury Awards held in the Catalan capital. During the ceremony, the legendary Paseo de Gracia palace was also named one of Spain’s top 10 luxury hotels.

The Beyond Luxury Awards are the first-ever awards for the luxury hotel industry in Spain and Portugal. They are judged by an independent jury of leading experts in the hotel, tourism, gastronomy, design, luxury and media sectors.

This award joins a myriad of national and international prizes regularly received by the historic establishment in the center of the Catalan capital. For the second year running this year, the establishment has already been voted Best Hotel in Barcelona in the World’s Best Awards by the prestigious American travel magazine Travel + Leisure, one of the most important awards in the global travel and tourism industry.

In 2022, it was named one of the 500 Best Leisure Hotels in the World by Travel + Leisure. Its Majestic Royal Penthouse suite, the largest in Barcelona, was also awarded the Prix Villégiature 2022 for the Best Suite in the World.

The Leading Hotels of the World, a renowned organization representing some of the highest-end independent luxury hotels in the world, further awarded the property the “Exceptionally Rare” award in 2018.
