The Italian luxury footwear brand Aquazzura is showcasing its Spring/Summer 2026 collection at The Red Sea, a new luxury destination

The Red Sea, a new destination on the west coast of Saudi Arabia, and Aquazzura, the Italian shoe brand founded by Edgardo Osorio, are collaborating on the Spring/Summer 2026 campaign.

Two iconic resorts in The Red Sea are at the heart of the campaign

Desert Rock

Desert Rock, A one-of-a-kind resort nestled in the desert, emerging like a diamond in the heart of the Shebara Mountains, situated on the water, and embodying the visionary future of The Red Sea : a sustainable present-future and architecture of exceptional precision.

At Desert Rock, natural materials and clean lines take center stage.

Designed by Oppenheim Architecture, the resort offers a new take on exclusivity: one that is more emotional, understated, and sustainable.

Aquazzura reveals a powerful and assertive side here, characterized by natural textures, clean lines, and an aesthetic that blends seamlessly with the landscape.

Shebara

Shebara, situated on the water, embodies the visionary future of The Red Sea : a sustainable present-future and architecture of great precision.

Aquazzura ’s sophisticated, modern, and vibrant signature style is particularly evident in Shebara. The collection’s vibrant color palette (aquamarine, coral, watermelon red, spicy yellow, powder pink, and luminous neutrals) is reflected in the stainless steel of this remarkable architectural design by Studio Killa Design.

Light and matter blend together to create an almost surreal image.

With its Spring/Summer 2026 campaign, Aquazzura draws inspiration from The Red Sea for a season defined by energy and lightness, set against a backdrop that is raw, contemporary, and evocative.

A style and destination perfectly in tune with the times. A third destination, Thuwal Private Retreat, opened its doors in 2024. RSG was also tasked with renovating Al Wajh Airport, including the modernization of the existing terminal and infrastructure, as well as the construction of a new international terminal. About The Red Sea

The Red Sea is a pioneering destination on the west coast of Saudi Arabia, inviting visitors to discover a place of exceptional natural beauty spanning over 28,000 square kilometers and an archipelago of more than 90 pristine islands, framed by desert and mountains. Since its opening in 2023, The Red Sea has offered a growing collection of world-class resorts, operated by international hotel groups and Red Sea Global. Shura Island, the heart of the destination, will begin welcoming its first guests in 2025, featuring 11 exceptional resorts, the Shura Links golf course, a marina, retail shops, and dining experiences. The island will be fully operational in 2026.

The experiences include thrilling water and land-based activities, as well as cultural and nature adventures, offered by the destination’s activity brands: WAMA (on the water), Galaxea (underwater), and Akun (on land). Red Sea International (RSI) Airport ensures a simple and seamless arrival, with a design inspired by the desert, oases, and the sea. Located within a three-hour flight for 250 million people and an eight-hour flight for 85% of the world’s population, RSI is currently connected by regular flights from Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dubai, with new regional and international routes to come. Developed by Red Sea Global (RSG), a multi-project developer that supports responsible and regenerative tourism while valuing the environment, culture, and communities, The Red Sea will feature 50 resorts, over 8,000 hotel rooms, and more than 1,000 residences, complemented by luxury marinas, golf courses, and recreational facilities by 2030. Development has been capped to accommodate a maximum of 1 million visitors per year at The Red Sea and 500,000 at AMAALA, in order to protect fragile ecosystems. The destination is powered 100% by renewable energy, with a net conservation benefit target of 30% by 2040.
